According to foreign media reports, the electric bike show at the Munich Olympic Park had to be postponed again. Despite the decline in the number of people infected with the new crown virus, the organizers still announced the postponement of the fifth Munich electric bike show in October 2021 until 2022.

The event was originally planned to be held from October 1 to 3, 2021, and is currently scheduled to be postponed to April 22 to April 24, 2022. The reason for the renewed postponement is because of the uncertainty of the safe, feasible and sustainable plan for the coronavirus pandemic.

Christian Deissenberger, managing director of Communico, the organizer, explained: “We take it as our responsibility to ensure the absolute safety of the Munich Olympic Park electric bike show, whether it is for all visitors, exhibitor employees or our own team. Unfortunately, The performance of the past few weeks is obviously unlikely to show a major improvement in October 2021. Therefore, in close coordination with our partners and long-term exhibitors, we decided to postpone the electric bike show for five months. In our view, this is the only correct decision to deal with the epidemic. We are even more looking forward to the success of the 2022 Electric Bike Show."
