The Repair Tutorial For 48V Lithium Battery Pack Which Is Actually Very Simple

Many people say that the lithium battery is broken and the maintenance is troublesome. In fact, it is relatively easy. As long as the tools are complete, this 48V electric vehicle lithium battery composed of 13 strings of 18650 batteries has suffered a severe decrease in capacity. Check to see where the problem is.

Disassemble the outside heat shrinkable film first

Thirteen groups were tested one by one, and it was found that the voltage of this group was much lower than that of the other 12 groups. Obviously there were bad batteries in this group.

Then cut the welding tape for each battery cell, and then check one by one to see which ones are faulty. As a result, the voltage of these four cells is lower than the same group. Replace the scrap batteries with the same capacity, and then spot weld them.  You can use it normally.
