Recently, Eurobike has announced that it will be held at the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Center in Germany from September 1st to 4th, and has formulated strict exhibition safety and health regulations.

Due to concerns about the global new crown epidemic, last year's exhibition was cancelled. As the new crown epidemic further subsides, as long as the following measures are followed, trade fairs and events will be allowed.

People who show typical symptoms of new coronavirus infection are not allowed to enter the exhibition venue. People who have been in contact with an infected person, are or have been in contact with an infected person, and those who have been in contact with an infected person 14 days ago will also not be admitted. Only those who are tested, vaccinated or recovered within 24 hours can enter. People who have been vaccinated or recovered must present their certificate upon entry. No new coronavirus tests will be performed on site.

All visitors must make an appointment to register in advance through the online ticket shop. During the registration process, you will be asked about your expected state during the exhibition: testing, completion of vaccination or recovery (onsite proof required).

The free Messe-Express (MX line) will connect the port and the central railway station with the exhibition grounds. You need to wear a mask all the time.

Masks must be worn in the exhibition hall, and you must bring your own surgical grade FFP2 masks-equivalent to N95, KN95 and P2 standards. Masks must be worn in closed rooms of the exhibition venue. The following exceptions apply: booths that can ensure that individuals maintain a social distance of at least 5 feet; the guaranteed minimum spacing of seats is 5 feet (approximately 1.52 meters); and other alternative protections of at least the same standard are ensured.

All exhibitors and visitors are required to maintain a social distance of at least 5 feet. Due to the large hall, transportation and exhibition area, Eurobike will promote a larger space for activities in the hall to ensure the necessary minimum distance.

The entire exhibition center will be equipped with multiple disinfectant dispensers, mainly in areas such as entrances, hall intersections, and toilets. Disinfection and cleaning intervals for frequently touched surfaces (such as doorknobs, handles, and surfaces in sanitary areas) will be shortened. Eurobike asks to avoid customary greeting rituals such as shaking hands.

The entrance area, exhibition hall, meeting room and dining area will get plenty of high-quality outdoor air. In addition, the ceiling height of the exhibition hall is 74 feet to ensure sufficient circulation.

The restaurant and catering partners in Friedrichshafen have adjusted their service concepts according to the current situation and will be guided by the country.
