Dutch Bike Group Pon Acquires Veloretti Brand

Dutch cycling group Pon Bike (Derby Cycle, Cannondale) has announced the acquisition of Amsterdam bike brand Veloretti.

Veloretti has been developing e-bikes for commuters and city bikes in Amsterdam for a decade and sells them directly via the internet. In the U.S., Pon Bike has also acquired four bike shops in Colorado, which will become part of the Mike's Bikes retail chain that Pon will acquire in 2021.
