Whose Fault For E-bike Short Distance

E-bike importers must had this problem in the past: 

If e-bike has short distance, is it Electric Bike Battery fault?

We should think this question, e-bikes' distance is not only decided battery,but also the weight and road.Battery supplier only guarantee the current and time(A*H=AH).

So how should we do with battery,if we find short distance.

1. Check battery with professional discharge device.

2. Check e-bike riding environment,rider situation.
