Lithium batteries are dangerous goods. The export of dangerous goods is nothing more than air and sea transportation. Air transportation is required to provide UN38.3 test report + appraisal book + MSDS. If it is shipped from Hong Kong airport, it only needs to do UN38.3 test report. +MSDS can be, it should be noted that: Shanghai Airport shipments are only recognized by the Shanghai Chemical Industry Institute test report.
As for other notes, the battery is a control product regardless of which country it exports. It is best to do an IEC62133 test report in Europe. Remember, it must be issued by CNAS authorized laboratory, otherwise it will not be recognized.
