August 27, 2020 is the 500th day of the official implementation of the "E-bike Safety Technical Specification" (commonly known as the "new national standard"). As an important branch of the electric bicycle field, shared electric bicycles ushered in a new milestone on this day— —The series of standards for shared electric mopeds (draft for comments) led by the China Urban Public Transport Association was officially released.
The sharing format of electric mopeds has the first "profile"
Since the implementation of the "New National Standard" on April 15, 2019, related areas such as traffic management, industrial order and consumer rights protection have been significantly optimized, and the entire electric bicycle industry is gradually embarking on a standardized and healthy development path.
It is understood that the series of group standards announced this time consist of four standard documents, namely, "General Technical Specifications for Shared Electric Mopeds," "Shared Electric Moped Operation Service Specifications," "Shared Electric Mopeds Lithium-ion Battery Technical Specifications," and "Electric Mopeds The "Specifications for the Construction of Public Charging Stations" cover the four core dimensions of the industry: CRRC, transportation, electricity, and yards.
At the meeting, Lang Junqi of the East China Branch of the China Electronics Standardization Institute introduced the compilation of the shared electric moped series group standards: since the beginning of the industry, the association has keenly sensed the social rigid demand and the inevitable development of electric moped sharing, so since May 19 The preparation of supporting standards was started in August. Faced with the new business form of sharing electric bicycles, exploring the management methods of shared electric bicycles in line with China’s national conditions, and steadily promoting the standardized construction of urban public transportation standards, the China Urban Public Transport Association and China Electronics After more than one year of polishing, the Technical Standardization Research Institute and nearly 30 units of mainstream enterprises in the industry, at the first meeting of the Slow Traffic Branch of the newly formed China Urban Public Transport Association, this series of standards for soliciting comments were released. After a wide range of opinions, it will be officially released soon.
Mainstream companies take the lead in formulating "Profiles" to meet the requirements of the two-round 3.0 era
It is worth mentioning that in the series of standards formulation process, Haro Travel, as a professional mobile travel platform, took the lead in formulating two of these standards and participated in the formulation of four standards as an industry representative, combined with its own operational and technical experience. .
The Haro Travel representative revealed at the meeting that in the preparation process Haro has invested more than 20 technical and operational experts, continued to polish and change the drafts, and fully communicated with other major participating companies in the industry, and worked together in the industry. The manuscript is completed under the guidance of experts.
The industry generally believes that the industry's mainstream companies are actively participating in the formulation of this series of standards, in line with the new requirements of the "3.0 era" that the shared two-round industry is entering. Just as Li Kaizhu, CEO of Haro Travel, said at a two-round shared travel sustainable development symposium recently held in Shanghai, the two-round shared travel industry is a typical industry that is difficult to grow alone. It is also a government, society, and enterprise. In industries with increasingly similar goals, the development of the industry requires enterprises to contribute advanced technology on the one hand, but at the same time, the market, enterprises and all sectors of society must deeply participate in and assume their respective social responsibilities. The government departments shall formulate laws and regulations and supporting measures to activate social cooperation. Governance.
Sharing two rounds will exist for a long time as one of the solutions for urban transportation in my country, and strengthening policy guidance becomes more and more important. Various signs show that with the emergence of a new ecology of two-wheel shared travel such as shared electric mopeds, the characteristics of governance modernization have begun to emerge, and the industry's 3.0 era has begun. In this context, the publication of the group standards for shared electric mopeds is just the right time.
