From January to May of 2021, among the main products of the bicycle manufacturing industry in the country, the output of two-wheeled bicycles was 20.785 million, a year-on-year increase of 33.8%; the output of electric bicycles was 12.611 million, a year-on-year increase of 42.0%.

In May, the national output of two-wheeled bicycles was 4.601 million, a year-on-year increase of 4.6%; the output of electric bicycles was 2.742 million, a year-on-year decrease of 0.2%.

 

2. Benefits

From January to May of 2021, the operating income of bicycle manufacturing enterprises above designated size nationwide was 83.53 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 49.4%, and the total profit was 3.15 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 33.1%.

Among them, the operating income of the two-wheeled bicycle manufacturing industry was 28.94 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 53.2%, and the total profit was 1.11 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 95.9%; the operating income of electric bicycles was 41.24 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 39.6%, and the total profit was 1.21 billion yuan. , A year-on-year decrease of 17.0%.
