Specialized Announces European Innovation Center

On June 30, 2022, Specialized announced that Denk Engineering has joined Specialized as the Specialized Freiburg Innovation Center. Realize the breakthrough collaboration between Specialized and Denk Engineering and Cham's Turbo Team.

Specialized CEO Scott Maguire said: “This merger is an important part of a larger strategy to develop our European Innovation Hub. We will build a new state-of-the-art Innovation Hub facility in Freiburg, Germany, with expanded capabilities to complement our Facility in Cham, Switzerland. Our world-class innovation team will be working at both locations focused on serving riders better by creating bikes that deliver breakthrough performance faster than ever before. We are actively recruiting new Top talent to strengthen our leading teams in Freiburg, Cham and all our innovation centers around the world".
