According to reports, in terms of production, from January to June 2020, among the main products of the national battery manufacturing industry, the output of lithium-ion batteries was 7.15 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1.3%; the output of lead-acid batteries was 96.356 million kVAh, an increase of 6.1 year-on-year. %; The output of primary cells and primary battery packs (non-button type) was 17.82 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 0.7%.

In June, the national output of lithium-ion batteries was 1.63 billion, a year-on-year increase of 14.2%; the output of lead-acid batteries was 20.452 million kVA, a year-on-year increase of 17.1%; the output of primary cells and primary battery packs (non-button) was 3.62 billion , An increase of 15.3% year-on-year.

In terms of benefits, from January to June 2020, the operating income of battery manufacturing enterprises above designated size was 316.89 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.0%, and the total profit realized was 12.48 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.0%.
