British Investment Corporation Acquires Italian Tire Manufacturer VitTORIA

According to foreign media reports, the British investment company Telemos Capital acquired VitToria, Italian tire manufacturer, becoming the largest shareholder at present, and the corresponding agreement of the transaction has been signed. It is expected that the transaction will be completed in early 2023.
British Investment Corporation Telemos stated that he will continue to invest in the company with VitToria's management team and former major shareholder Wise Equity to jointly accelerate the growth of VitToria's internationalization. With the support of Telemos, VitToria will implement its international expansion plan and further develop its products, services and sales channels.
