Bicycle manufacturer Pole Bicycles has opened a new factory in Finland to further expand its bicycle manufacturing capacity. With the new line, Pole Bicycles will be able to produce more bikes.

After some challenges and problems, especially in terms of delivery and quality, and a change in management, Pole Bicycles has now started production at its new factory in Finland. In order to make the CNC manufacturing process more efficient and improve product quality, material, labor and production steps must be saved. Pole Bicycles decided to build a new production line. According to the company, inventory was exhausted in April this year and half of the bikes sold have been produced. The production limit has now been reached.

Pole Bicycles plans to expand into the range of electric bicycles through the expansion of the factory. And through process improvements, the goal of 100 units per month will be achieved, which means more CNC machined bikes will be produced in two months than in the previous year. In addition, the new factory will improve customer service and security deposit system in addition to providing production sites.

Pole Bicycles intends to continue the direct-to-consumer route in the future. Currently, the company is setting up operations in the U.S. to more efficiently process U.S. orders, business expenses and logistics. Another project is to build a new factory in Finland and increase the production capacity of CNC milled bicycles. Looking for a partner for financing.
